ANYONE PRIZES:
Every week, during the contest, each song slip will be collected in a box, and at 12:30am each night ,there will be a drawing and prizes awarded.
Non singers may enter their names.

8 Week Karaoke Contest:
REGISTRATION FEE $10.00 per person to enter.

20 participants maximum. Must register by JULY 17th.
If we do not have 20 participants by July 17th, the contest will be cancelled and registration fees refunded in full.

TIME: Contest Begins Each Week at 9:00pm-10pm  Sign up sheet will determine order. Contestants may or may not sing their entire song.  Judges will say when to cut the song.  Cutting the song will have no effect on judging only time. Regular karaoke night should begin around 10pm each night.

CONTEST DATES:
JULY 18, 25, AUGUST 1, 15, 22, 29 SEPTEMBER 6TH FINAL NIGHT.
after the first three nights, August 8th will be a practice night. Anyone Prizes will be awarded, however, contestants will have a night to relax...

Judges will be solely chosen by Corbin White, and you won't know them...

You will be judged on:
SONG DIFFICULTY 1-50 POINTS
GOOD PERFORMANCE 1-100 POINTS

Water drinkers are not eligible unless they can prove they have bought at least three beers for other people per night...  This is a bar not a library... (Corbin's Rule)

All Participants that are not eliminated on the 22nd of August may have a karaoke sound system delivered to their home, to practice for 24 hours for FREE... First to schedule is first served.
 

Finalists as of the 29th may have a karaoke sound system delivered to their home for one week, to practice for the final show.

Participants competing on the 22nd and 29th will be given a DVD of the nights performances to work out their strategy for the next week.

Song Choice:
Each contestant must have two fast songs and one slow song ready to go at any time.

Judges will randomly select which song the contestants will sing on any given week.

THREE PERSONS WILL BE ELIMINATED EACH NIGHT.

By signing up and paying the registration fee you understand that this is a karaoke contest and no-one is taking home a million dollar recording contract.  If your feelings are hurt, you'll get over it quickly and realize the sun will come out tomorrow, unless you live in Hawaii and North Korea sends a Nuke your way.
